Les participants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de conseils pratiques et d\u2019outils concrets pour am\u00e9liorer leur structuration interne, leur gouvernance et leur gestion quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Une OSC bien structur\u00e9e et bien gouvern\u00e9e est un acteur incontournable du d\u00e9veloppement et de la solidarit\u00e9 communautaire \u00bb,<\/em>\u00a0a th\u00e8mes essentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en avant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La transparence et la redevabilit\u00e9 dans la gestion,<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance participative,<\/li>\n<li>La collaboration entre OSC pour des actions plus efficaces,<\/li>\n<li>La durabilit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des initiatives locales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Un partenariat porteur d\u2019espoir<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019appui du HCR, cet atelier a permis de cr\u00e9er un cadre d\u2019\u00e9changes constructif et d\u2019encourager les OSC camerounaises \u00e0 jouer pleinement leur r\u00f4le de relais communautaires et de d\u00e9fenseurs des droits humains.<\/p>\n<p>Cet engagement partag\u00e9 ouvre la voie \u00e0 des organisations plus solides, mieux organis\u00e9es et capables d\u2019amplifier leur impact aupr\u00e8s des populations.<\/p>\n<p>En soutenant la structuration et la gouvernance des OSC, c\u2019est toute la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile qui se renforce pour contribuer \u00e0 un Cameroun plus solidaire et
